As soon as you place your order for your Solor Shoes, you'll receive an impression kit to the address you submitted with your order. Following the instructions, you'll make your impression so we can collect your unique foot pattern data. You'll use the prepaid label enclosed with your impression kit to ship it back to us, after which we'll handcraft your Solor Shoes. We'll be in touch the whole time and if you ever have questions, you can always email us at help@solorshoes.com. Once we receive your impression kit to our orthotics lab, it will take a minimum of three weeks for you to receive your custom Solor Shoes. We are working hard to make this timeline faster, but as a small business, we are not yet at the size to be able to expedite this timeline. We deeply appreciate your patience and support - and we promise to give it in return with your custom Solor Shoes!

We want nothing more than for your Solor Shoes to revolutionize the way you think about shoes. With our custom insoles and proprietary construction, we are committed to you loving your shoe and its podiatric benefits that don’t sacrifice elegant, timeless style. That said, if your Solor Shoes aren’t comfortable, we will gladly take them back provided they haven’t been worn outside or damaged. To get a return label to send back your Solor Shoes, please email help@solorshoes.com. You will be responsible for standard return shipping costs, which will be deducted from your original order refund.

Unfortunately at this time, we don’t yet offer multiple widths. We anticipate being able to offer different widths in the Fall of 2024. Unfortunately at this time, we haven't yet figured out how to make Solor Shoes to fit feet with bunions or other major podiatric challenges. However, we are trying very hard to figure it out as we empathize with how challenging these fit issues can be! If you're interested in working with us as a fit model, please drop us a line at help@solorshoes.com with your particular foot fit challenge, size, and what you're seeking. We'll be in touch if we think Solor Shoes would still work or if we can otherwise include you in our upcoming product trials.

As a small business just starting out, we haven’t yet been able to expand our color or style selection. Customers who reach out with feedback will be considered for discounts or free product on new styles and colors as they’re available.

At this time, we are only offering customers in the U.S. our shoes given the costs of shipping and manufacturing. Customers who reach out to ask us to join their country will be considered for discounts on Solor Shoes as they’re available in your location.
